A reading is spiritual guidance. It sits beside your doctor and the people who love you, never in place of them. If today is a very dark day, please talk to one of them first. The reading will still be here.

How do I know it is written for me?
Your reading uses your name and your birth date, answers the question you wrote in your own words, and carries a title written for you alone. If it doesn’t feel like yours, ask for your money back within 14 days.
How accurate is it?
Sofia shares what she sees as honestly as she can. A reading is spiritual guidance, and no reading can be guaranteed.
What if what she says does not happen?
It can. If the window in your reading passes, write to Sofia: she will look at your cards again and write back to you once, at no charge.
How can Sofia read for me without meeting me?
She works from your name, your date of birth and your question, with a Rider-Waite tarot deck, an oracle deck and a pendulum. Your reading names the cards she drew for each part, so you can see what she saw.
How do I get my money back?
Email us within 14 days of your order with your order number. You don’t have to explain. The full amount goes back to the card you paid with.

Before you order

Do I need to be pregnant?
No. Sofia reads for women who are trying, women who are pregnant, and women who are not trying yet and wonder what is ahead. Tell her where you are when you order and she shapes the reading around it.
I am going through IVF or other treatment. Is this for me?
You are welcome. You can ask Sofia about your path, natural or assisted, and she will share what she sees. A reading is spiritual guidance, so please keep following your clinic.
I have had a loss. Should I order?
Only if it feels right to you. If you do, tell Sofia in the box on the order form and she will write gently. A reading is spiritual guidance: it does not replace your doctor, the people close to you or a counselor.
What will you ask me?
Your first name, your date of birth, where you are on your journey, and your question. No photo, no phone call, and nothing about your medical history.
Does this fit with my faith?
That is yours to decide. A reading is offered as spiritual reflection, and you are welcome whatever you believe. If you feel unsure, follow your own conscience.
Will she tell me something frightening?
No. She will never tell you it will not happen, and never tell you something is your fault. She writes to comfort and to guide, not to scare.

Payment and privacy

Is the payment secure, and is it a subscription?
Card payments are processed by Stripe over an encrypted connection, and your card details are never stored on this site. It is not a subscription: you pay once, for one reading.
Who sees what I write?
Only the people who prepare and deliver your reading. Your details are used for your reading and are never shared or sold. Ask us to delete them at any time.

After it arrives

How do I ask a follow-up question?
Reply to the email your reading arrived in. The Baby Reading and The Complete Reading include one follow-up question within 7 days; The Keepsake Reading includes three within 30 days.
It has not arrived. What do I do?
Check your spam folder first, then write to us with your order number. If your reading is ever late, you can have your money back.
Can I order another reading next month?
Sofia asks you to wait three months between readings. One reading is meant to last a season, and she would rather answer your follow-up question than sell you a second one.
